The Sports Tribunal is today publishing its decision in DFS v Kris Gemmell of 12 February 2014. In that decision the Tribunal found an anti-doping violation had not been committed. Under the Sports Anti-Doping Rules, as there was no violation established, the decision could not be published without... Mr Gemmell’s consent. Mr Gemmell has now advised the Tribunal he consents to publication of the decision
