An appeal against a disciplinary decision of New Zealand Pony Club Association (NZPCA) has been allowed by the Tribunal. The Tribunal found that there had been a breach of the NZPCA Code of Conduct and Social Media Guidelines but that the penalty imposed had been excessive. The penalty was set aside, with no lesser penalty being substituted given the circumstances.
