An appeal brought by a non-nominated swimmer against ASNZ was dismissed by the Sports Tribunal on 24 April 2024. The appeal had been before the Tribunal since December 2023; the passage of time meant that by the time the decision was made there was no remedy available for the Tribunal to award had the appellant been successful.
