Appeal a Tribunal decision
In general, the decisions of the Tribunal are final and binding and can’t be questioned in any New Zealand court of law. Decisions and orders of the Tribunal may be enforced through the District Court.
However, in certain circumstances decisions of the Sports Tribunal may be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (which is an international body).
Rule 28 of the Rules of the Sports Tribunal (PDF) provides further details about this.
